This past week, we went and celebrated Thanksgiving with friends who had just moved to Vermont. When they floated the invitation to us, we pounced on it; Not only to have an excuse to leave the City for the holiday, but there was a chance to enjoy winter weather – meaning snow.
And did we get it! About six inches in total, which entailed some outdoor fun in snowball fights, creating snow men and women, and sledding. The kid was over the moon with the snow, and I was right behind her.
